The Urban Ecology Center (UEC) will work with Milwaukee County Parks on a conceptual plan to improve water quality and habitat at the Washington Park Lagoon. The plan will be incorporated into a major upgrade and expansion of the UEC’s facility in the park, which is expected to serve as a high-profile demonstration site for stormwater management, water stewardship, and habitat restoration.
