The Public Policy Forum will conduct research and issue a comprehensive report on the status of water infrastructure – including stormwater, waste water and drinking water systems—in the Milwaukee area. The report will evaluate the general condition of existing stormwater, waste water and drinking water infrastructure and will determine how much it would cost over the next five years to fully fund needed repairs and improvements.
