Root-Pike WIN in the only organization in southeastern Wisconsin solely focused on advancing the projects and programs recommended in the Root, Pike, Wind Point and Oak Creek nine key element watershed restoration plans. Root-Pike WIN is seen as an invaluable partner and “go-to” organization for water quality initiatives and is helping to advance several important projects using EPA-approved Watershed Restorations Plans as a guide. With additional resources, Root-Pike WIN will take on a greater number of projects and advance more of the recommendations identified in the Watershed Restoration Plans. Root Pike WIN will also raise funds and coordinate education and outreach programs to support these projects.
