LNRP serves a critical role in implementing water quality projects from Sheboygan to Door County. Our funding would continue to support LNRP’s capacity to recruit and advocate for implementable water quality improvement projects both with community partners and local governments. This strategy has proven to be successful, and LNRP now works with eleven watershed groups, five regional networks and several local community groups.  The group delivers its stewardship mission by leveraging a base of volunteer support to implement natural resources enhancement projects such as: invasive species control, waterway protection and remediation, and wildlife habitat restoration.
