Building off of a similar efforts in Southeast Wisconsin and the city of Sheboygan, BLRPC will conduct a review of codes and ordinances in Manitowoc County to determine whether or not they inhibit the use of green infrastructure to manage stormwater. BLRPC will then prioritize and recommend changes to existing codes and ordinances to make them friendlier to green infrastructure and will work with the county on a strategy to implement these changes.
