This funding supports the Wisconsin portion of a Lake Michigan wide effort to better understand the movement and live cycles of sturgeon. Two PIT (passive integrated transponder) tag antennas will be installed, one on the Milwaukee River and the other on the Peshtigo River. Results will inform future fish stocking strategies.
