With this funding, UW Sea Grant will greatly expand the Clean Marina program for the next three years to provide more training and technical assistance to help marinas adopt water quality best management practices. These operational improvements will reduce water pollution, protect public health, improve fish and wildlife habitat, and benefit communities up and down the Lake Michigan coast. The Clean Marina program’s goals align perfectly with the Fund’s mission.
