Our funding will support final design plans, permitting and reconstruction of 2,370 feet of Forget Me Not Creek at the Woodland Dunes Nature Center.  The restoration will occur about .75 miles from the confluence with Lake Michigan. Work will include regrading, re-meandering and reconnecting riparian habitat. The project will also restore the natural bed of the stream to support native aquatic species.
