River Revitalization Foundation will construct a three-mile hiking trail along the Milwaukee River near the former Estabrook Dam. Removal of the Estabrook Dam has created opportunities for new public access along the Milwaukee River. Conservation easements secured for the trail offer an ideal vehicle for restoring this stretch of river while requiring long-term vegetation management in the future. RRF will restore and manage these areas on behalf of the landowners.
