The Green Bay Watershed Blueprint established foundational principles, shared goals, and priorities and developed maps that identify a “universe of opportunity” in which to restore and protect natural resources in the region. The Action Plan Framework will translate this vision into a replicable roadmap for achieving the goals of the Blueprint. An initial Framework is being created to guide the development of action plans on four key topics: thriving habitats, healthy waters, sustainable lands, and connection to nature.
