With support from the Fund, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) will undertake site planning and engineering for green infrastructure and storm water improvements on the Kneeland Properties at the far eastern end of the Menomonee Valley. The restoration of the river edge along the Kneeland Properties is a unique opportunity to impact water quality near the confluence of the region’s three rivers and within the Milwaukee Estuary Area of Concern.
