This project would create an R-Shiny Application that is able to track progress on restoration efforts for 18 priority habitats and 22 priority fish and wildlife population in the Lower Green Bay and Fox River Area of Concern (AOC). The AOC spans the last seven miles of the Lower Fox River (downstream of the De Pere Dam to the mouth) and includes 22 square miles of southern Green Bay. The AOC management action list includes 18 priority habitat and 22 priority fish and wildlife population projects. Restoration activities are focused on improving these habitats and populations in order to eventually de-list the AOC. The R-shiny application allows UWGB, the DNR and St Norberts to import the data currently stored in MS Excel into an interface that is accessible to the public. This application will allow partners to enter information on potential projects and see what impact it would have on the priority populations and habitats. It will also track progress over time as restoration efforts are completed.
