This water quality improvement project at a popular Lake Michigan beach will redirect a stormwater outfall into a retention pond, based on an FFLM-funded engineering and design plan. The improvements will reduce the number of health-related beach closures and beautify this 3/4-mile long beach near downtown Algoma.
