Riverworks Development Corporation will use green infrastructure to create a public gathering space immediately adjacent to The Connector Building, a new community facility along the Beerline Trail that will serve as a gateway to the proposed B-Line Park.  This one-mile linear park will run along the Beerline Trail and will include several unique amenities that will attract visitors from across the city.  The current project will serve as a catalyst and will set a precedent for future sustainable development along the Beerline Trail and in the surrounding neighborhoods.
