Record high lake levels and flooding eroded the shoreline in the City of Kewaunee, damaged public spaces and amenities, and impaired local water quality. The 2019 Harbor Master Plan was created to assess and identify needs for waterfront improvement and coastal resiliency. The new community engagement process and associated amendments to the Plan will refine the current vision for the waterfront, while providing additional details for each project.
