Building off of a similar effort in Southeast Wisconsin, BLRPC will conduct an extensive review of codes and ordinances in the City of Sheboygan to determine whether or not they inhibit the use of green infrastructure to manage stormwater. BLRPC will then prioritize and recommend changes to existing codes and ordinances to make them friendlier to green infrastructure and will work with the city on a strategy to implement these changes.
