The Milwaukee County Natural Areas staff will restore wetlands and convert two agricultural fields to native habitat at Barloga Woods, a 96-acre natural area in Oak Creek that connects with 127-acre Falk Park to the north and was recently added to the Milwaukee County Park System. The project will reduce runoff, prevent agricultural pollution from entering wetlands and a small stream that runs through the site, and improve water quality in a critical area within the City of Oak Creek.
