This grant would provide operational support for Reflo. Reflo has proven to be an invaluable partner in advancing community-based green infrastructure projects in the City of Milwaukee. Reflo’s services range from facilitating community planning sessions to providing engineering and design services to fundraising and organizing volunteer workdays to build and maintain green infrastructure. Clients include schools, neighborhood associations, community gardens, urban farms and other non-profit organizations. Projects designed by Reflo, most of which are in the more urbanized parts of Milwaukee, capture close to 2.4 million gallons of stormwater every time it rains.  Reflo also provides thought leadership in the community and is advancing innovative strategies to make green infrastructure more affordable, effective, and easy to manage.
